Currently on an island off the coast of Thailand- got here after much travelling. a few days ago we took a 4 hour long insane bus ride from Vang Vieng into Vientiane through the mountains, then a tuk tuk to the Loas/Thailand border, then a hour long car ride to the airport (which was closed- so we had to stay the night in the air port hotel…sounds lame, but there was definitely a karaoke bar in the hotel which was going off all night?), then we flew into BKK and then took another flight to a place where i forget, then a 1 van trip from the air port to the pier, then a 3 hour boat ride to the island. testing my patience the thai way. Last night we went to this party on the island called the Full Moon Party that happens once a month. It was the biggest party i think i have ever been to in my life. It was a strip of beach wall to wall with people, buckets, and massive speakers. I was very responsible so don’t worry about me ya know? Before the party we drove around the island on scoots and checked out some really nice beaches- we’ve been getting our tan on. Leaving the island in 2 days i think, then off to Bangkok for a few days before Tokes.

writing these posts is exhuasting and far too much brain activity.
